Framence CEO, Adrian Merkel, took part in a delegation trip of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Japan for German and Japanese SMEs. The Participation in the “German SME Industry 4.0” symposium in Tokyo was part of the program and served as an efficient exchange platform for the development of foreign markets.
In addition to presentations by seven German companies, the program offered expert lectures from German and Japanese industry. Framence GmbH was one of these companies and presented its innovative technology in building digitization. Adrian Merkel’s presentation “Digital Twins for buildings, assets & technical installations” clearly showed the diverse application possibilities of FRAMENCE technology through the efficient documentation of relevant assets based on photo panoramas. The enthusiasm for new technologies is particularly high in Japan, the approximately 200 participants in the symposium are only one more proof. The aim of the event was the bilateral exchange on highly relevant topics that move the industry globally.
In addition to the symposium, this year’s “Facility Management Forum 2020” also took place in Tokyo. At this forum, we were able to have very interesting discussions with Japanese companies, identify initial business opportunities and thus get a good insight into local industrial requirements.
It was very important for us to have been part of these events and we thank the organizers of the AHK Japan and the BMWi for the professional organization of the outstanding program and the informative presentations.
Framence GmbH will continue to be present on a national and international level, therefore it is worth following us on our Social Media channels on Twitter, LinkedIn and Xing.
