Framence GmbH participated in competitions and events in the areas of real estate and PropTech in order to bring its innovative FRAMENCE technology more into the focus of customers.
The past weeks have been very busy for Framence GmbH. In addition to our own roadshow in Vienna, which attracted numerous interested participants, the focus was entirely on marketing the FRAMENCE technology at events that targeted on the digitization of the real estate industry.
The “pitch marathon” started at the global Construction Innovation Contest in Frankfurt. Framence GmbH was selected by the organizer Builtworld among top 50 startups in the PropTech sector (http://www.proptechmap.com/) and presented to a top-class jury. Leading construction companies from various sectors met to identify the best ideas and products.
The “pitch marathon” continued with DigitalX, the hotspot for innovation and transformation in Cologne. We also qualified for a pitch at StartupCon, Germany’s largest start-up conference. More than 160 international and national top speakers presented the facets of digital change with interesting topics, controversial talks and future oriented panel discussions.
Not only short pitches, but also panel discussions were part of the agenda. Framence GmbH was invited by the Handelsblatt conference for real estate industry to participate as an expert. Our CEO, Adrian Merkel, was able to prove his expertise and knowledge during the panel discussion “The road into the digital real estate world”.
A further opportunity came up at PropTech Vienna, the largest European event for innovation and digitization in the real estate industry, where we once again asked to participate as experts. Together with other real estate specialist, we discussed how Construction Technology (“ConTech”) is leading construction into the future. We were able to display the full potential of FRAMENCE, as monitoring the construction progress is one of our many key use cases of our pioneering technology.
To complete the national and international program, we visited our partners “SwissPropTech” in Liechtenstein to discuss the Swiss real estate market and PropTech opportunities. Furthermore, the RealFMDay in Stuttgart gave us the opportunity to convince managers and decision makers by giving another presentation.
A special highlight was the participation at the MIPIM PropTech in New York. The complete PropTech scene from all over the world met for two days to forward the digital transformation in the real estate industry by setting the pace for a digital future. We finished our event marathon with another exciting pitch.
